3. Service inquiries and contracting
Submitting an inquiry, email, telephone call or WhatsApp message does not create a contract, reserve a field resource or obligate either party. A service assignment is accepted only when authorized and confirmed in writing under an applicable quotation, purchase order, statement of work, service order, master agreement or other written commercial terms.
The applicable commercial document should identify the legal contracting party, scope, site, access requirements, deliverables, charges, taxes, payment terms, schedule, responsibilities, acceptance process and any service level commitments.
4. Availability and service levels
“24/7/365 Operations & Technical Dispatch” describes the availability of our coordination channel. It does not by itself guarantee that a particular engineer, location, skill or response window is immediately available.
References to 2-hour, 4-hour, same-business-day or next-business-day response models are possible engagement options only. Any binding SLA must be expressly confirmed in writing and remains subject to agreed scope, location, access, resource availability, dependencies and exclusions.
5. Acceptable website use
You may use this site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security, introduce malicious code, collect data by unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person or use our content or contact channels for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.
